TLW Solicitors has taken steps to manage an increase in demand for its specialist services by appointing a new head of marketing and business development to our North Shields-based practice.

Alistair McDonald, formerly business relationships director for care specialists Keiro and on the board of music charity Attitude is Everything, was headhunted by the firm to grow the business further outside of the North East and expand its niche offerings.
With a wealth of experience in developing business and marketing strategies, TLW Solicitors brought in Mr McDonald’s expertise to oversee the creation and ongoing growth of its specialist areas including financial mis-selling, serious personal injury, industrial disease, professional negligence and its new motoring offences arm, ‘MotoPro’, which was announced last month.
Alistair said: “It is a very exciting time to join TLW as they branch out further into more niche areas of the business. For example, we recently launched MotoPro, a specialist arm to the business dealing with a number of motoring offence laws due to demand which has increased significantly over the past few years.
