Wayne joined TLW in 2017 having gained extensive litigation and legal practice experience over the previous 13 years. Wayne uses his experience in legal practice to manage operations across the firm and is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing new practices, procedures, and workflows.
Wayne has a keen interest in the developing landscape of legal technology and the impact it can have in reducing the administrative burden on lawyers, improving efficiencies, and connecting lawyers with their clients.
Wayne has worked hard to highlight the focus the firm has on client care, collating and listening to feedback before implementing new procedures reflecting the voice of the client. The results are reflected in TLW’s extensive and positive online client reviews.
