From 1 July 2022, we are moving to a more traditional company structure and TLW Solicitors will be a trading name of TLW Solicitors Limited.
TLW Solicitors is a trading name of a company called TLW LLP. An LLP is a different company structure to an ordinary Limited company. We have operated in this way since 2005.
We have applied for and received authorisation to carry out this change and transfer of all client files from our regulator, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (‘SRA’). In addition, our current professional indemnity insurers are aware of this change and their cover for the services we provide also continues. As ever, we would ask you to continue to guard against cybercrime and fraud.
Will this impact ongoing cases?
No, this change will have no impact on the cases we are dealing with. Cases will continue to be dealt with by the same person as it is now as all of our staff are transferring to the new company.
