Sarah has over 25 years of experience in legal practice and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Previously in charge of TLW’s Road Traffic Accident Department, Sarah now heads up TLW’s Professional Negligence Department.
Sarah has significant experience in bringing claims against companies regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), particularly those cases relating to negligent advice involving the transfer of pensions.
Sarah is passionate about obtaining the best outcome possible for these clients – for some client settlements, these high-value claims can be life-changing. Sarah also specialises in claims involving unfair lending, unfair relationships, and secret commissions.
