2025 Equality and Diversity Questionnaire Results
The Legal Services Board are aiming to increase diversity and social mobility in the legal workforce. As a result SRA regulated firms are required to collect, report and publish workforce diversity data. TLW Solicitors will therefore be collecting data from existing employees and will collect it from any new employees in the future.
