Job description

Due to our current growth and future plans for growth TLW Solicitors are looking for an account manager to join our award-winning team. The successful candidate must be extremely personable and able to build and maintain relationships with new and existing sources of work.

The successful candidate will also:

  • Monitor and assess the quality of work received from our work sources;
  • Act as a liaison between our work sources and internal teams;
  • Prepare management reports in relation to work sources so we can identify trends and likely return on investment;
  • Be able to present their findings to our work sources;
  • Take pride in their work and always aim to produce consistently excellent work.

The role is predominantly office-based although some travel will be necessary from time to time. Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role although the experience of working within a law firm is not required. Salary dependant on experience.
