Our guide gives you an indication of the likely costs, but once we have spoken to you and provided our advice, we will provide you a tailored price to suit your specific needs.

  • Estate Administration

    We understand that dealing with the administration of an estate can be a difficult time. To provide you with certainty, we offer fixed fees based on the gross value of the estate. Our fees are:


    Estates with a gross value of up to £500,000

    3% of the estate value
    (+VAT & disbursements)

    Estates with a gross value exceeding £500,000

    2% of the estate value
    (+VAT & disbursements)

    VAT is charged at the prevailing rate, currently 20%. Disbursements are costs that we pay to third parties on your behalf as part of the estate administration. Typical disbursements may include probate application fee and land registry fees. For further information about our estate administration services, please contact our office.
