In 2024, I became a Partner at the firm and now serve as the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). In this role, I oversee regulatory compliance and help ensure that our legal services meet the rigorous standards expected by both clients and regulators. I also work closely with the Operations team, focusing on improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting teams across the firm to deliver consistently excellent service.
