Expanding services in response to client demand
The new website is designed around the main life situations where clients come to TLW Solicitors for advice and support. For many clients, that may involve a financial loss caused by poor advice, professional negligence, fraud, scams or a failed investment.
These remain important areas of work for the firm, particularly where clients need help understanding whether compensation may be available and what route is most appropriate.

The expanded service offering includes new areas of Private Client and Employment Law, alongside the firm’s established work in professional negligence, fraud and scam claims, and financial mis-selling.
TLW Solicitors has always focused on helping clients after something has gone wrong. The firm’s early work included a strong personal injury and financial mis-selling practice, and over time, that claimant-focused experience has evolved into a broader legal offering shaped by the issues clients now regularly bring to the firm.
The latest expansion into Wills, Probate and Trusts, and Employment Law builds on that wider client support. It reflects the types of issues clients are now typically asking for help with, from planning for the future and dealing with estates to workplace disputes, settlement agreements and also employer advice.
The new website brings those services together more clearly, making it easier for individuals, families and businesses to find the right legal support at the right time. Alongside its existing work in compensation claims and professional negligence, TLW Solicitors is now expanding into Wills and Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration, as well as Employment Law for both employees and employers.

New Wills, Probate and Trusts services
One of the key developments is the launch of a dedicated Wills, Probate and Trust services.
The new private client services include:
- Creating a Will
- Powers of Attorney
- Estate Administration
- Lifetime Estate Planning
- Trusts
- Intestacy
- Contentious Probate
This means TLW can now support clients not only when something has gone wrong, but also when they want to plan ahead, protect their family, make decisions about their estate, or deal with the practical and legal issues that arise after someone has died.
The Wills and Probate team also has a particular focus on Powers of Attorney, which allow people to appoint someone they trust to make decisions for them if they are unable to do so in the future.

The new website also introduces a broader Employment Law service that covers advice for both employees and employers.

Settlement agreements will be a particular focus. These agreements are often used when an employment relationship is ending, and employees are usually required to take independent legal advice before signing.

A family dealing with a death may need help with probate, a Will dispute or estate administration. An employee leaving work may need advice on a settlement agreement at a difficult and uncertain time.
The new website has been created to make those routes clearer and to help clients access the right support more easily.
