TLW Solicitors Launches New Website and Expands Legal Services

TLW Solicitors has recently launched a new website to reflect the firm’s continued growth and the wider range of legal services now available to clients.

The expanded service offering includes new areas of Private Client and Employment Law, alongside the firm’s established work in professional negligence, fraud and scam claims, and financial mis-selling.

TLW Solicitors has always focused on helping clients after something has gone wrong. The firm’s early work included a strong personal injury and financial mis-selling practice, and over time, that claimant-focused experience has evolved into a broader legal offering shaped by the issues clients now regularly bring to the firm.

The latest expansion into Wills, Probate and Trusts, and Employment Law builds on that wider client support. It reflects the types of issues clients are now typically asking for help with, from planning for the future and dealing with estates to workplace disputes, settlement agreements and also employer advice.

The new website brings those services together more clearly, making it easier for individuals, families and businesses to find the right legal support at the right time. Alongside its existing work in compensation claims and professional negligence, TLW Solicitors is now expanding into Wills and Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration, as well as Employment Law for both employees and employers.

Peter McKenna, Managing Partner at TLW Solicitors, said of the firm’s rapid evolution:

“TLW Solicitors has always grown by listening to its clients and responding to the issues they commonly face. Over time, our work has naturally broadened from specialist compensation and financial loss claims into other areas where people need the benefit of our clear, pragmatic and practical legal advice.

The new website reflects where the firm is now. It brings together the experience we have built over many years and makes it easier for clients to understand how we can help, whether they are dealing with a financial loss, a workplace issue, or planning for their family’s future.”

  • Expanding services in response to client demand

The new website is designed around the main life situations where clients come to TLW Solicitors for advice and support. For many clients, that may involve a financial loss caused by poor advice, professional negligence, fraud, scams or a failed investment.

These remain important areas of work for the firm, particularly where clients need help understanding whether compensation may be available and what route is most appropriate.

Sarah Spruce, Partner at TLW Solicitors, said:

“We regularly speak to people who feel overwhelmed by what has happened to them. They may have lost money through a romance scam, an unsuitable investment, poor professional advice, or a failure by a financial institution to protect them properly.

Our role is to look carefully at the evidence, explain the options clearly and help clients understand whether there may be a route to recovery. The new and much broader website now makes that process easier by setting out our key services in a more accessible way.”

  • New Wills, Probate and Trusts services

One of the key developments is the launch of a dedicated Wills, Probate and Trust services.

The new private client services include:

This means TLW can now support clients not only when something has gone wrong, but also when they want to plan ahead, protect their family, make decisions about their estate, or deal with the practical and legal issues that arise after someone has died.

The Wills and Probate team also has a particular focus on Powers of Attorney, which allow people to appoint someone they trust to make decisions for them if they are unable to do so in the future.

Lorraine Whitney, Partner at TLW Solicitors who heads up the Wills and Probate team, said:

“Private client work is about helping people make decisions that can have a real impact on their families and future security.

Whether someone is making a Will, putting Powers of Attorney in place, administering an estate, or dealing with a dispute after a loved one has died, they need advice that is clear, sensitive and practical. These are often emotional issues, and our focus is on helping clients understand their options and feel supported throughout the process.”

  • A broader firm with the same client-focused approach

Although the website and service offering have evolved in response to client demand, the firm’s fundamental approach remains the same: clear advice, careful case assessment and a focus on helping clients understand their options.

The wider range of services also reflects the reality that clients’ legal needs often overlap. Someone dealing with financial loss may also need advice about a professional adviser. A family dealing with a death may need help with probate, a Will dispute or estate administration. An employee leaving work may need advice on a settlement agreement at a difficult and uncertain time.

The new website has been created to make those routes clearer and to help clients access the right support more easily.

    Peter McKenna added:

“This is an important step for TLW. The firm has grown because clients trust us to deal with complex, sensitive and often stressful situations. As we expand into new areas, our priority remains the same: to provide clear, practical advice and to help clients move forward with confidence.”
