With many years of service at TLW and holding significant experience in his field, Anthony is responsible for ICT operations and system administration.
Anthony’s duties include ensuring that the network runs smoothly day-to-day, maintaining and configuring the telephone system, developing the Proclaim case management system, as well as troubleshooting issues/desktop support and liaising with the firm’s IT Support partners and third-party suppliers.
The most enjoyable parts of Anthony’s job are the technical aspects of the role and the sense of satisfaction he feels when a particularly challenging problem is resolved.
