John Burn

John joined TLW Solicitors as a partner in 2002.  He began his legal career in 1996 working initially with clients who suffered various industrial diseases caused by heavy industry and has since widened his experience across more broad aspects of civil litigation including consumer credit and financial services litigation

More recently, John has been involved in the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the practice.  However, he maintains a hands-on role with cases and is the authorised trainer for those who are seeking to become qualified solicitors at the firm. He enjoys seeing the staff at all levels and stages of their career develop their experience and skills within the firm.

Outside of work, John is a keen armchair sports enthusiast (albeit normally supporting the losing team) and is a Trustee at Pathways 4 All charity helping children and young people with disabilities and additional needs.
