TLW Solicitors secures top accolade from The Law Society

TLW Solicitors are delighted to announce that the firm has once again secured The Law Society’s legal practice quality mark, Lexcel with not a single example of even minor non-compliance found.

Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is a recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards.

To gain and retain Lexcel accreditation, a practice must undergo a rigorous initial then annual application and assessment process. This includes conducting background checks and an on-site visit from an independent experienced trained Lexcel assessor.

“During the on site assessment not a single example of non-compliance was identified, which, we are told, is a rarity and testament to the diligent way our teams go about their work. The assessors report remarked that we had “significantly exceeded” the Lexcel requirements. “
