Fallan Carter and Liam Reay join Marc Davison, Head of Financial Mis-selling, to support and assist with new claims relating to Payment Protection Insurance (PPI).

Liam arrived after graduating from Northumbria University in 2013. ‘I was attracted to the role because I knew how committed the firm are to employee development, the opportunity to gain valuable case handling experience will put me in a great position for future career progression.’

Fallan joined the firm in 2013 initially in the Administration Team; before gaining an internal promotion within the firm. She said of her recent promotion ‘The role enables me to assist clients to obtain the redress which they are due as a result of mis-selling, and I am proud to have been given the chance to progress my career in an up and coming department within the firm.’

Head of Financial Mis-selling, Marc Davison said of the recent expansion; ‘This is an important and exciting time for TLW Solicitors. Due to a successful year we have made the strategic decision to boost the financial mis-selling team with an additional skill set aimed at facilitating the growing number of claims and overall results, I’m delighted to welcome Fallan and Liam to the team’.
