Subjected to a ruthless and fraudulent sales pitch by the Incentive Leisure Group, Mr Brumwell is one of thousands of people in the UK who have fallen victim to financial mis-selling in the form of a timeshare scam. Incentive Leisure Group, which was exposed as a multimillion pound timeshare scam operation have since gone into liquidation.

Mr Brumwell said: “After entering the timeshare agreement I was very annoyed with myself and didn’t know how I could of handed over the cash, but the sales reps are very convincing and their pushy tactics to get you to sign the dotted line mean you end up signing just to get out of the sales room. I just didn’t know where to turn, I tried myself to reclaim and was rejected, but after speaking to TLW Solicitors they advised they could help. It was such an easy and hassle free process, and I’m delighted to get my money back”.

Mr Brumwell of Peterlee, County Durham, a full time offshore worker, warned other families to be cautious when agreeing to timeshare agreements, adding “People just need to be very wary”.
