Accident at work victim’s payout

TLW Solicitors have secured compensation for a client who lost part of his index finger following an accident at work.
Our client’s employers had expected him to operate a ‘cherry picker’ lift whilst carrying an unsecured load of metal girders. Whilst the lift was in operation the load fell causing our client’s injury.
TLW not only recovered compensation for the injuries our client sustained, but also compensation for the care he required whilst recovering from his injuries and also an additional amount of compensation as it is likely our client will find it more difficult than others to find future work due to his injuries.
