Our client, a university student at the time of the incident, was run over by the driver of a vehicle who failed to stop and assist him.
Our client was left with fractures to both the tibia and fibia of his right leg and had to take a number of months off from his studies.
Despite the fact that our client was unaware of the identity of the person who had caused his injuries we were still able to recover £14,000 in compensation for him.
