Housing developers to blame.

TLW solicitors have successfully obtained damages for a client who broke his ankle as a result of an accident on a newly built housing estate.
Unfortunately the pathways on the estate were not completed properly and some of the curb stones were not level. Our client tripped over one of the uncompleted sections of curbing and broke his ankle. The developer admitted they were at fault for the accident and have agreed to pay our client compensation for his injuries and losses.
