Six figure damages obtained

TLW Solicitors have just settled a claim for a six figure sum for a client who's foot was badly damaged as a result of an accident at work.
Our client was working in a drainage system when a water pump which was being lifted out of the drain by a colleague was dropped on his foot. Our client had to undergo numerous operations but despite this will be left with permanent injuries.
