TLW Solicitors have recently negotiated settled of a client's claim who was injured as a result of falling off a set of ladders.
Our client, a decorator, had been sent to decorate a customer's home by his employers. However, the set of ladders were not adequate and as a result our client fell injuring himself.
As the ladders were provided by his employer and it was an accident at work, the employer was liable for the injuries suffered.
