RTA claim settles in two months!

TLW Solicitors have recovered compensation for two clients who were injured as a result of a road traffic accident.
Our clients, the driver and passenger, were travelling in their work’s vehicle when they were hit from behind by a van. Both suffered whiplash injuries.
Our clients obtained the details of the negligent driver and a claim was submitted to the insurers of the third party. Upon receipt of our letter, the insurers put forward offers of settlement for both of our clients, without the need for either of them to undergo medical examinations.
Both clients chose to accept the offers, and as such, the claims were settled within two months.
