Courier's compensation

One of our recent clients, a delivery courier, has received compensation as a result of her road traffic accident.
Our client, who suffered her accident whilst at work, was hit by a car which failed to stop at a junction. As a result of the car accident our client suffered whiplash injuries to her neck and shoulders.
Fortunately, our client obtained the details of the person at fault for the accident and after she contacted TLW Solicitors we were able to obtain her compensation for her personal injury claim and the earnings she lost while off work.
