Bus accident claim

TLW have recently recovered compensation for a client who was injured as a result of an accident on a bus.
Our client suffered a whiplash injury as a result of the accident on the bus. She was travelling with her mother when the bus braked suddenly due to road works. This caused our client’s head to be thrown back and hit off a metal bar on the bus causing whiplash injuries to her neck.
Once our road traffic accident claims team has proved the accident was due to the fault of the bus company we were able to negotiate a compensation settlement with the bus company.
