Trainee injured in fall from ladder

TLW have agreed a compensation package for one of their clients who was hurt at work when he was just 17.
Our client had been told by his employer to paint a shutter on his employer’s premises and was given a ladder to reach the top of the door. As our client was up the ladder painting the shutter, the shutter moved, causing the ladder to fall.
Our client landed on his ankle and required hospital treatment. TLW have now negotiated a compensation settlement for him.
