Former miner not too late to bring his case

TLW have secured an important victory in one of their client’s fight for compensation.
Our client is a former mine worker who alleges that his hearing has been damaged due to the noise he was exposed to whilst working in the mines.
The Defendant had denied our client’s claim on the basis that our client must have know about his hearing problems a number of years ago and was therefore too late to pursue his claim.
However, a Judge has ruled that this is not the case and that our client has brought his claim in time and is able to proceed with it!
