Injured because of no protective equipment
02/04/2008
Our client, who was working in a bakery at the time of her accident, was injured due to her employer’s failure to provide adequate protective equipment to her.
She was expected to lift and move hot trays from the ovens whilst her arms were left exposed to the trays. Unfortunately, because of the lack of protection to her arms, she suffered burns which have left scarring.
Her employers have accepted that she should have been better protected and paid her compensation for the injuries which she suffered.
