Client recovers compensation following fall at hotel

TLW have recovered substantial compensation for one of their clients who suffered a tripping accident whilst in a hotel enjoying her Christmas party.
Our client, who was 79 at the time of the accident, fell as a result of a carpet which joined the tiled bar area not being fitted properly. Our client’s fall caused her horrific injuries including two broken arms and a wound to her head which required a skin graft to repair.
TLW pursued a claim against the owners of the hotel for failing to ensure that guests would be safe whilst on the premises and are pleased to have obtained compensation for the victim.
