Client wins payout after months of intimidation

TLW Solicitors have successfully recovered compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority for a client who endured months of physical and verbal intimidation at the hands of one of her neighbours.
As a result of the intimidation our client became increasingly worried about leaving her home, resulting in both her personal and professional life suffering. The abuse became so bad that our client was forced to move from her home to escape the intimidation from her neighbour.
Thankfully, our client has now escaped the almost daily intimidation which she was faced with and has began to recover from the experience.
