Hire Cars

At TLW we are able to offer courtesy cars to our clients whose own vehicle has been damaged or written off as a result of a road traffic accident.

We have access to a nationwide fleet of vehicles, so no matter where you are in the country, we can get you back on the road in no time at. Meanwhile your own vehicle will be repaired or, in the case of a written off vehicle, the value of the vehicle is recovered from the third party's insurer.

For the drivers of prestige vehicles we are able to provide you with a like or similar model vehicle whilst your own is off the road. When you use TLW you don’t need to simply settle for the hire vehicle which your insurance company wants you to use!

Vehicle repair

In most circumstances, when cases are referred to us at an early stage, we can arrange for your vehicle to be repaired by an approved repairer. This ensures that your vehicle is back on the road as quickly as possible, and more importantly ensures that you don’t have to pay out for the excess on your insurance policy.

Rehabilitation

In addition to arranging medical examinations with Consultants in whichever field of medical expertise you need. If you require further treatment or rehabilitation services to help you recover from your accident quickly, we are able to arrange the following treatments:

• Counselling
• MRI scans or Open MRI scans (for claustrophobic clients)
• CT scans
• x-rays
• Ultrasound investigations

Recovery of Uninsured losses

Following an accident it may be that you will incur expenses you normally wouldn’t have. For example, paying an excess on an insurance policy, or paying for assistance with day to day task which you are unable to manage whilst recovering from your accident.

Our specialist team will ensure that all such reasonable expenses are recovered from the third party to ensure that you do not lose out financially.

Also, if you suffer a loss in your earnings due to being off work as a result of the accident, we will also ensure that any shortfall in your wages is recovered on your behalf.
