College graduate joins TLW

Recent college graduate Holly Galloway has found the opportunity to put her new skills to use at TLW.
Holly 21 has just recently completed a CLAIT diploma at Northumberland College successfully applied for the position of receptionist / administrator.
Holly will be responsible for dealing with enquiries from clients and members of the public as well as assisting other members of the team. Holly has a number of years customer care experience from working within the retail industry and is eager to combine that with the skills she developed whilst completing her diploma.
Holly said “I am delighted to have found a position such as this so soon after completing my diploma and am looking forward to the challenges that my new position will bring. I’m sure my previous experience of dealing with customers will come useful and allow me to contribute to TLW’s growth.”
TLW partner, Peter McKenna, said “The number of applications we had for the position following far exceeded our expectations and the competition for the position was extremely high. However, we were very impressed with Holly’s attitude and experience and are certain that she will progress to become a valuable member of our team.”
Outside of work Holly enjoys spending time with family and friends, she also has a love of TV show ‘Top Gear’.
